I first tried the dividers running from front to back, but the springs were tight enough that they were putting too much pressure on the drawer front. So I turned them sideways, which worked much better. The contents no longer slide to the back of the drawer, and the springs are not too tight. CJ in FLBig improvement Aug 1. Recieved the cosmetic drawer organizer and was excited to finally get organized, only to find out that it was to long for my vanity drawers in the bathroom. I was also glad it is made in the USA and was delivered promptly, but be aware of the lenghth as well as with when ordering.
